Spaghetti alla puttanesca

Diet has the word die in it and I don't like threats so I try to stay away from dieting...




Puttanesca for brunch.










Ingredients  食材 (4人份量)




8 Ounces pasta (图中用的是超市购买的墨鱼汁Spaghetti )


1/2 cup olive oil 橄榄油


3 cloves garlic, minced 3 瓣大蒜,切碎 


2 cups chopped tomatoes 2杯西红柿,切小块


4 anchovy filets, rinsed and chopped 4 只鳀鱼干儿,切碎


2 tablespoons tomato paste 2茶勺西红柿酱


3 tablespoons capers 3茶勺刺山柑


20 Greek olives, pitted and coarsely chopped 20磕希腊腌橄榄


1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 茶勺辣椒碎




DirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. 在一个大锅中,煮水,加少许盐,水滚后放意面,大概煮8-10分钟(请参考意面包装上的煮面时间为佳),煮好后,沥干水。Heat oil in a skillet over low heat; cook garlic in oil until golden. Add sieved Tomato and cook 5 minutes. Stir in anchovies, tomato paste, capers, olives, and red pepper flakes. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  加橄榄油到平地炒锅,加热。小火。放入蒜炒热。加入番茄酱,5分钟后加入anchovies, capers, 橄榄 和辣椒碎Toss pasta with sauce, and serve. 加入煮好的意面,拌均。起锅,摆盘! Enjoy !
